Hmmm....I usually agree with Bono's stance on various issues, but not this time. Emphasising the responsibility of leaders on issues such as climate change and world poverty detracts from the personal responsibility we all have to live in a manner mindful of others and the planet. There are many individual actions we can all take on a daily basis which represent a positive choice and will make for a positive change. Our leaders' responsibilities are one portion of a greater responsibility. So it seems to me that a more realistic and honest message might be; "Change your leaders AND your light bulbs!"
